I had a very good experience with the staff at this nail spa, but unfortunately, my interaction with the owner was quite unpleasant. She was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. She unapologetically peeled off my nails, and in some cases, where there was no polish left, she chiseled and peeled so aggressively that it exposed the skin underneath. They were so nice & my gel manicure looked great. Two full nails fell off (not chipped) 4 days after the manicure. I went back in and they fixed it for free (so kind) just for two more to fall off the next day. Kind people, great atmosphere, but the shortest gel manicure I’ve ever had :(

The manicure and pedicure treatment at the salon was lovely. However, I feel that I was railroaded into receiving what turned out to be an $88 manicure and pedicure. I was a walk-in customer and I stated I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I was never given a "menu" nor was I given any indication that there were different levels of treatments.
