We have lived here at Affinity (previously Solea) for about 6 months and are very happy. Affinity is unlike the last apartment that we lived at & the homes/neighborhoods where lived previously. First, the property manager, Crystal Delgado, does an amazing job and is always happy to see everyone and always takes time to talk to you. She is caring & understanding and takes her job seriously and sees all projects/committments through. I hope that Affinity knows just what they have in her! Since the sale of the property to Axis and the name change to Affinity, care of the property and its residents has gone downhill quickly. I have five outstanding maintenance issues that are not being addressed promptly. I finally got service when I met the maintenance working at the front door and insisted that he resolve my issue. The front office employees hide in the back workroom and are unavailable to help residents. The manager is rude and it seems only helps her favorite residence.
