Katie's massages are fantastic. She delivers a high-quality massage every single time. Katie continues to be one of the best massage therapists in the Capital Region. I’ve been booking monthly sessions with her for a while now, and every single one is a 5/5 experience. What makes her work unique is how she blends multiple modalities; my go-to is ashiatsu combined with energy work. She brings an almost spiritual level of healing to every session. I’ve had many massages over the years, but Katie’s are consistently the most thoughtful, effective, and restorative.
