Bought a ThirtyTwo snowboard pants that failed after wearing it for the first time. The front buttons came off so I sent it in for a replacement. The manufactured replaced it with a different color without letting me know. So I had to resend and ended up getting a refund. The refund check was not issued with they claim it was sent.
