Being repeat customer you can’t get an appointment at least for three weeks or longer. I had difficulty walking on my heel. Did not get any sympathy. I feel like Dr Bradley is an assembly line for one time service.
This place really pissed me off they are VERY understaffed and the lobby is FULL on Fridays. I have never seen such a full lobby ANYWHERE and it’s NOT wheelchair accessible there are people in wheelchairs and walkers piled on top of each other there had to be 50 people in the lobby the last time I was there it was rediculous and HOT and we had to wait forever. En mi cita de hoy he quedado más que complacida, el trato de todo el personal desde que llegas a la mesa de Información, Bryan es exquisito, orienta a la perfección, la Katrina es muy delicada, con una sonrisa que te tranquiliza, la enfermera Penny muy al tanto, agradable, preocupada y el Doctor Bradley es una maravilla, desde su atencion al paciente, es agradable, explica todo muy bi3n. Venir aquí se siente tan familiar, tienen todos una gran y hermosa sonrisa además de que son espectaculares profesionalmente
From the desk to the room, Bryan, Kathrine, Penny and Doctor Bradley, they were so professional and sweet. I took my mom to an appointment and I’m more than happy with the compassion and the kindness! I will definitely recommend this place!
