The staff was fantastic! They helped me select 2 pair of new running shoes - days later now & my feet are so thankful too!
Very knowledgeable, very friendly, analyzed my supination before I even asked to try on a shoe so she already had recomendatios for me.
Great selection of shoes and gear inside, and the location is super convenient. However, I didn't appreciate that the employee there offered unsolicited advice about my running injury, even after I mentioned I'm already seeing a PT. His advice was that some people never recover and just shouldn't be on their feet, which felt dismissive and pessimistic since I said I was there for orthotics to get me back *on* my feet. Again I appreciate the selection and location, but I'm gonna stick with the Staunton location from now on.
GREAT selection and service. I took my 95 year old mother to be fitted for comfort and stability shoes. The owner was SO kind and patient. She worked with my mom until we found the perfect pair. I have never had such wonderful care.
