The person answering the phone was annoyed because I apparently called after they had closed and proceeded to tell me this by saying, “First, you called when we are closed.” Why just not answer the phone instead of a rude and snarky intro to the business? Poor customer service and I hadn’t even stepped through the door. I hope their treatments are better than their receptionist. I will try somewhere else.

I had a very positive experience at Sole Energy. The practitioner awakened parts of my calves and feet that I didn't even realize needed awakening. He also provided invaluable information on anatomy, which is helping me to understand why certain areas of my body are so tight. After the appointment, my feet felt much more loose and mobile. I could stand firmly on relevé without losing my balance. I could also form a strong point with my toes, which I haven't been able to do in years. I will definitely be returning soon.
Soul Energy is a MUST for everyone, especially for people with foot/knee/hip issues. My feet "giggle" after each visit with their reflexologist.
