Office staff had overbooked and told me upon arrival, since I was a new client I was bumped to another day. Service was ok, single manipulation of a vertebra that was bugging me. I had submitted my insurance and paid the fee they had told me I owed. Then a year and a half later I received a bill from them for $139.68 they claim was delayed due to sick office staff.
