I submitted a application for a house that is supposed to come available at the end of November and I submitted all proof of income and shawn emailed me and told me they couldn't accept my checks stubs from the company my truck that I own runs through so I sent them the owner of the companies email so they could send him a employment verification form so they did that the owner of the company fills it out and sends it back and yet again get told they can't accept that. MUST READ BEFORE RENTING! We started renting from this real estate January 2019. We currently have a one year lease unfortunately. It started off with leaks from our middle hallway. It would leak from inside the wall and come out from the bottom wall where the floor and wall meet. It began to flood. Each flooding became worse. We called several times from when it started.
