I want to sincerely thank Dr. Zack Lim and all the nurses at the Orillia hospital Fracture Clinic for their amazing care when I broke my wrist from a fall in December 2024. From my initial visit to surgery and throughout my recovery, I felt incredibly well cared for. The nurses were supportive, kind, and attentive, making a difficult experience much easier. I truly appreciate the exceptional care I received and highly recommend this team to anyone in need of orthopedic treatment.
I just wanted to say, the staff and nurses were absolutely exceptional, kind, upbeat and informative. Dr. Xing, The Ortho Surgeon, who saw my mother was phenomenal. Proffesional, kind, caring and truly advocated for my mom's health. He took the time and care to explain and answer any question we asked without rushing us. Making sure my mom was comfortable and informed.
