Everyone at soldiers first were great to work with. My brother was hospitalized during the move out and they helped me and worked with us to get everything finalized while he he was trying to recover. Thanks for caring about people.

I moved down to North Carolina from Pennsylvania a few months ago and soldiers first were so helpful with everything. Whenever something went wrong in the house I would put a work order in and someone was there the next day either fixing the issue or diagnosing the issue. I only ever delt with mark. Mark is very understanding when there is an issue in one of their properties. 10/10 recommend using them
Terrible people to work with. First they hate when you put in service request for anything that happens. Their Maintenance/Repair Men cant fix anything properly and have to “fix” it multiple times before it’s finally done correctly. House is also terribly insulated and gets into the late 80s-90s in temperature INSIDE with the AC on. 1 year I stayed at their property and never again.
