Soldierfit is the first gym I've ever "stuck with" thanks to its fun and challenging instructor-led classes with diverse workouts that focus on strength-building and functional movement. After a car accident years ago, I am stronger today than I ever thought possible for me!!

Great workouts with the coaches and members. Mixing it up helps keep us motivated and the fun music makes it even better!
