The Hyrox focused Spec Ops class was my first experience with SoldierFit. Everyone there was extremely welcoming. I loved that this was a small group class. David Kelley was a great trainer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to give personalized coaching, both in and out of class. He never seemed bothered by questions, even outside of class. The class was challenging and fun. This was a wonderful experience and I look forward to another class in the future.

Just finished a 12 week Hyrox spec ops class with David Kelley, and I cannot say enough great things about him, the class, and the experience I had at soldierfit Frederick. David was so knowledgeable and created thoughtful, fun, (hard!), well-planned workouts to help us prepare for the Hyrox competition. I felt like he was invested in us as a team and as individuals, and that he was dedicated to making sure our goals came to fruition. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the attention to my concerns, and the ability to adapt what is being done so that I don't hurt my knee, which is rehabbing. The environment is welcoming and encouraging. Nice people.
