This place is very unprofessional. I’ve been trying to cancel. I spoke with two different people and I’m still getting charged! The reviews indicated that this would happen! I should’ve paid close attention!I’m gonna contact the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with Tom Collin on two different days. Both said services will be canceled and it’s still not canceled. I have a call log to prove calls! When you call they send you write a voicemail. I tried two different numbers for four and six months ago. This is unbelievable.
This is the best gym I’ve even been part of! The trainers are extremely professional and very nice. You feel like they actually care about your progress. I would like to thank specially the coaches Miguel and Semmi. Their workouts are amazing they also provide positive encouragement! It makes you want to keep going to achieve your goals!
