System is very crap and let patients wait for at least over 45 minutes to JUST check identification and another 1-2 hours to receive medication. Why can’t they just do it same time ? Worst pharmacy system in my military hospital to me.
Honestly, the slowest Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I waited close to two hours for my prescription. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
Extremely disappointed with the receptionists at physical therapy. 1) they hardly ever answer the phone. I’ve almost always had to schedule or change appointments in person 2) they will cancel on you 5-10 minutes before your appointment (multiple times) and 3) if you are running late by even a couple minutes, good luck getting in your appointment. I was told if I came in within 10 minutes past (late due to traffic accident) I’d be fine. Receptionists took forever and even with a few minutes to spare, they still wouldn’t see ... read more
