What a horrible experience. A short dealing with Joe F, his deceptive practices and making unnecessary comments about family members way inappropriate. Joe was dealing with an inexperienced home seller (my sister). Telling her about the commission his bs was this. “ The commission is 5.5% but this being an estate I will take .5% commission off my end.” Neglected to say that his commission is usually 3.5% . We had a very negative experience with Soldera Properties while working through a deal with their agent, Suzanne Scott. During the appraisal, my business partner arrived at the property, and because he is Latino, Suzanne treated him as though he shouldn’t be there. Her behavior was dismissive and unprofessional. Mike Maloney is a fantastic realtor who is very unique because he understands both the residential and commercial markets in the Portland metro area.
