It's always interesting when terrible drivers cut you off and force you to slam on your breaks, but do it in a company vehicle. A Solda Pools panel van did that to me today when entering an intersection. Officially on my 'Do Not Hire' list, which I'll gladly pass on to any other pool owners I can.
Completely unprofessional experience. They moved my belongings around while working on the pool and never put anything back. Pool equipment and other items were left scattered everywhere. They were smoking and chatting with residents with the front door wide open — total negligence, incompetence, and lack of respect.
Amazing service. My pool was built by Solda about 18-19 years ago and they have been terrific in keeping my pool look like new. This year, I had 3 parts fail (it is 18 + years old), 2 motors and the cell. In each case, the repair was done the NEXT day - this is the "go to" company for pools. Their opening + closing service is fantastic, if minor things are missed or not right, they are there the next day, to fix it. I am confident, my pool is in good hands.
Solda were great to work with from start to finish. What we liked about them is they are fully integrated and for the most part don't use subcontractors - which means the communication was great and they were on top of every detail. They did everything from the pool to landscaping to hardscaping and fencing. They were even great with managing neighbours! Highly recommend.
I want to start this review with “I’m a very proud owner of an inground Solda pool and spa”. I usually write my reviews shortly after consumption or use. This time, since installing an inground pool and spa is a huge expenditure, I decided to wait a few pool seasons before sharing our experience.
