Kevin Starkey and his team are absolutely excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and we learned so much in working with him! He was amazing at spotting the pros and cons of a property and explaining them to us--he really helped us dodge some potential pitfalls!! Communication from him and the rest of the office were super fast, friendly, and informative! They really went above and beyond for us, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Sold By Starkey Team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in every step along the way of finding our new home. We never felt like we were being sold on houses that might not be the right fit. Kevin was very upfront about the pros and cons of all the properties, noticing issues I hadn't and was very detail-oriented in the whole process. Bought our home and decided to move just about a year later. Kevin and Amanda were able to set realistic expectations and create a gameplan that would work best for our situation. Throughout the selling process we made adjustments based on their experience and recommendations. Having a team you trust was a huge part of the selling process for us.
