Angel and her team were phenomenal to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had lots of questions which Angel was always very willing to answer. She made the process much less stressful and eased many of my concerns. She is very organized and thinks of all the things you wouldn’t when buying a house. She is clearly good at what she does and has tons of experience. Would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home in Utah!

I would strongly advise against working with Angel. My experience revealed serious ethical issues, persistent communication failures, and a total lack of accountability. The most troubling concern was undisclosed dual agency. I was not told Angel would be representing both myself and the buyer until after the buyer had already toured the property and submitted an offer—far too late to be meaningful or informed. Honestly the best, Angel and the whole team are great. Super helpful. Angel will fight for you like a bulldog with lipstick! Definitely someone you want in your corner!
