Graham King was an absolute pleasure to work with! He took the time to patiently answer all my questions and was very responsive every time I needed him. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and went above and beyond as my realtor. I hope I never have to buy or sell another house again but if I do Graham will certainly be my one and only choice!

sold by the sea is a great company. Jill especially is great at her job. ive been renting at cape cottages through them going on 3 years and have no complaints. im not sure if maintenance is through the company directly but theyre always timely and efficient, as well as polite. regardless of who they work for, Jill is always on it with scheduling them to come out, and anything else ive ever needed her help for.
Mike Griswold was my realtor when I bought a house in Sneads Ferry, NC and also was my relator when I sold the house last month. Everything was great from start to finish. Always available to answer questions and follow-up on requests. You can't go wrong with Grizzy.
It appears that I will be in the minority in leaving a poor review for Sold by the Sea, and for that, I am sad.
