It appears that I will be in the minority in leaving a poor review for Sold by the Sea, and for that, I am sad. Kevin Cavanagh from Sold By the Sea was great to work with. He really cares about his clients and always advocated on our behalf. Great communicator and will keep you informed every step of the way. It was such a pleasure working with Marge Ulcickas of Sold by the Sea Realty! She was referred to us by a mutual friend and realtor.
