When the salesperson came out from PHXPWR he pitched us with such statements as "I have these solar panels and I keep my air conditioner at 67 degrees" and "you will have a significant reduction in your electric bill". I can only give this one star, as I cannot even get my solar system turned on, and am paying for it. I've had this system installed in mid-November, and it's now April and it's still not turned on. It might be a different story if it were because of incorrect installation, material shortages, etc. However, the reason my system isn't turned on is because, whomever, or however, the applications is being filled out and submitted to my utility, who is the final approval, each and every time it gets rejected because "Premise a... read more
