I've been there multiple times. Everything is first rate. Ice cream dessert was wonderful. Update: how can something so humbly called a "Black Bean and Chicken Quesedilla" taste so wonderful? Stop in and try one for yourself!
This place needs to seriously consider making fresh food. It was clear that that guac, salsa and queso were premade, tastes like store bought that they dumped into bowls. I had the Thai burrito, which said “peanut sauce”, and was clearly a think layer of Jiff spread on to the burrito shell. We also saw the waitress making a cocktail with Walmart brand caramel sauce. I hate to leave a bad review but serving food that was bought from a supermarket and paying $50 for it was disappointing.
We really liked coming to Solbird before the change in ownership. Unfortunately today they did NOT do very well. No red wines and my burrito was Luke warm and tasted pretty meh. I won’t be back.
I had the Korean shrimp and beef taco as well as the chicken taco and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent and our food came out promptly. Will definitely make this a regular stop for sure!
