Unresponsive leasing office caused me to have to go elsewhere. Attempted to reach out multiple times regarding my move in date (which was slated for July 27th) and got no response. We have been living here for six months, and this has been the worst experience of my life. When we were looking for an apartment, they offered us one but conveniently failed to mention that just a week before, a girl had died there. Thankfully, our friend who had lived here earlier told us about it. The management promised us they would replace everything—floors, appliances, everything. And guess what? I would highly recommend NOT moving here. Where do I start… I have been living here just over a year and my experience has been nothing but stressful. The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous. They put stickers on everyone’s car windows stating that you were not allowed to back into parking spaces anymore to so it would be easier for the tow trucks to tow your car. They have changed the guest parking rules 3 times and now they require your guests to pay to park in the complex that used to be free. The front gate is bro... read more
The parking problem is serious. If you arrive after 6 p.m., you won't find a parking space. If you're lucky, you have to walk practically the entire complex to get to your apartment. It's true, they have a tow truck service that takes away cars that don't meet the rules without warning or compassion. Visitor space is certainly limited and always full. Horrible location to live if you like having friends over, you need a temporary decal that you need to pick up in the office (so only when they are open during business hours). Therefore, don't even think of having a last minute dinner here. Everything here is the worst complex I've heard of for parking. Update: my wife works until 1am and there are no parking spots for those who live there as well. Their response: "why don't you pay extra to get a garage?".
