Poor quality I purchased a home with a Solaxx PureChlor salt system already installed and have quickly learned you need to frequently replace parts. The cost of ownership for the system has become so large that I'm currently getting estimates to replace the system with a different brand, after which the PureChlor system will end up in the garbage where it belongs. Bought a PureChlor salt system for my pool, had an excellent warranty, built well anyway for Florida environment. What few issues I have had, Solaxx of Boynton Beach FL Techs and sales representatives have been really helpful. Great Company, great pool system
One of the worst pool supply companies in Florida. I am on my 3rd Solaxx Purechlor saltwater pool system. They only last 3 years, but their warranty is only good for 2 years. I recently asked for a price on a replacement cell and was quoted over $800 I guess it’s time to move to a reliable company that takes care of their customers
I'll echo the other reviews here that the equipment breaks within a year or two (several different components) and when you contact support you have to follow up with them several times to get anything done. The replacement then doesn't have all the parts, requiring even more follow ups and delays. 100% seek other options.
