Julian is awesome and he walked us through the process step by step from explaining how everything worked and picking which system we needed, to drawing up plans and getting all the permits and communicating with GA power on our behalf. This system is high-tech, looks slick, and saves us a ton of money. Highly recommend!!
Very unprofessional, rude and racist. His indeed profile was an absolute joke. False advertisement at its finest. Working for him was the worst! He lied about every single thing he ever said. He doesn’t care about your safety or your hard work. Employees are OVERWORKED and UNDERPAID. He will underpay you and cut your hours just because he feels like it. The whole job is a façade you will never see 40 hours a week like he says he is very unprofessional and racist. he will send you to the wrong address and the get mad at you he never want you to speak up for yourself . Food is not provided by julian the most hours you'll get in a day is 5. he's never prepared the job is just very unfair and unsafe and unprofessional if you decide to quit he will give you a hard time about your last check he's just a nasty man and i wouldn't recommend anyone to work for mr. julian smith.
