At the consultation about the pros and cons of getting the roof done. We were told that they would come back every three years to check the roof. It has been five years now and haven't seen a sole from the company. I guess they got my money that's all that matters.
I asked for a quote a week ago! Mr. Garret went to my house, he only took pictures with a phone. My house has 3 floors so I assumed he would use a drone to see the ceiling or something like that. Well, at first everything was fine until he saw that we were Latinos, then he started to be a little sarcastic and even racist! Apparently consider that because we are Latinos we can’t renew a roof! I don't know how they can give an accurate quote by not visiting the site. Too many variables.
They did a great job on my roof. Really great family business. You get that feeling from sales, service, scheduling and install.
