I asked for a quote a week ago! Mr. Garret went to my house, he only took pictures with a phone. My house has 3 floors so I assumed he would use a drone to see the ceiling or something like that. Well, at first everything was fine until he saw that we were Latinos, then he started to be a little sarcastic and even racist! Apparently consider that because we are Latinos we can’t renew a roof! I don't know how they can give an accurate quote by not visiting the site. Too many variables.
They did a great job on my roof. Really great family business. You get that feeling from sales, service, scheduling and install.

Other than the fact that the lead time from signing to the actual project start took longer than I expected, the actual install was beautiful. My house was about a 2 1/2 hr drive from their base, I believe they are so busy because they are just so good at what they put out there. No short cuts, quality and perfection to detail is what we experienced.
