What can I say, Andrew is a good salesman. He seemed genuine, which is hopefully reflective of his true character. He convinced me with his thorough explanation and patience giving me ALL the details. Any questions I had he responed quickly through text. The company let me cancel my agreement the first time because I felt unsure. My family recently moved to our new house and decide it's time to go Solar. We spoke with 4 different companies and decide to go with Andrew Mullen. Andrew was very professional and respectful of our time. Andrew answered all of our questions and was very friendly. We feel like the sales presentation was informative without being overly pressured to buy.
I couldn’t help but notice most reviews here are from people that have recently received a quote or a brand new install. Yes Solarroo has a perfect pitch and delivery. Everything will go well and you will not see bad reviews about that. So after 34 months I am finally giving my review of my solarroo system and I give them one star because of poor business ethics and being deceitful. Pros; Good easy pitch, purchase and competition.
