I helped merge our Solaroo company with Auric Energy, in Colorado. Auric Energy accrued their 4th state. Be for the recent opening unveil of the 5th state of Nevada. I have worked for Solarcity, Tesla, and Ion Solar. By far the warehouse organization software and customer service at Tesla was way ahead of all standards. I highly recommend MacKenzie and the Solaroo team for residential solar installations! MacKenzie carefully listens to his customers and diligently works to meet their needs. My panels were installed in December of 2018. Edit: I just got off the phone with them (makenzie 3:05PM 04/02/2019)... "animals chewed some wires and apparently it has "completely destroyed the panels". I am held accountable when I was told I have a 30 year (life warranty on the panels). This is an absolute joke. I spent $17,000 on my panels and now (after losing at least $200 in energy for my panels being down) that I am accountable to pay for the panels that were destroyed.
