Was working with Taylor and has made the process really easy, especially breaking everything down for my wife who didn’t really understand the whole process of Solar but definitely am gonna love the system and having the battery so that no matter what happens we will always have power. They have made things right even through misunderstandings between me and Taylor who no longer works with the company.
Solarize and their crew have been great to deal with. Austin was very knowledgeable on all things solar and was even available while he was down with a surgical procedure!! Solarize and Austin were able to install the panels on my shop which 4 other companies i talked to said couldn’t be done. Solaris’ did a great job of getting my system back on line.
The entire process has been exceptional. McNeil has been fantastic every step of the way and has been extremely helpful. The installation crew was also courteous and prompt. Even after install has been awesome as they are committed to making sure the system is yielding optimal savings and production.
