Over a month since "repair" of a couple of optimizers took down my battery, so I'm stuck using utility power during peak rate hours when the panels don't keep up with the draw, resulting in a depletion of credits and soon REAL charges, but my "Lifetime System Guarantee" is subject to your non-responsive "Service" department. Great system when it works, but to get your attention when it needs fixing is a real nightmare!
Wow did we ever make the right choice when we chose Matthew! Matthew has been fantastic to work with. He is super detail oriented & has top notch communication skills. Everything was on schedule and professional. Our Roof looks great, and our large Solar array is working perfectly since the remove & re install. We are highly satisfied!
