When a client purchases a Trilogy tanning package & lotion we are more than happy to give a free lotion sample to that customer when she/he tans in the Entropy bed & would have done so again if such had been the case in this instance. Terrible customer service I bought one of their more expensive tanning packages, I bought the eye protection, I bought several make-up removal wipes and I bought a $60+ bottle of tanning lotion. Yet, when I came to tan one night and had forgotten my tanning lotion, the staff wouldn't give me a small free sample of lotion. Staff was more than willing to sell me a $5 sample even though I could see the free ones for the Entropy bed in front of me. I was surprised she didn't offer it to me so I asked for one of the free samples.... read more
Awesome place to tan I have been going to Solarium for years and I won't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Oh and it's CLEAN. They have a great variety of tanning beds (stand up, high pressure, Blue Dream) plus a Hydration Station. I like the comfortable atmosphere - it's not "high schoolish".
