I came here October 16th 2023. It's been almost three years but I still think about the way I was treated that day. I got a hot yoga class that day, and from the minute I stepped inside, I knew I wasn't what the instructor was expecting. I'm an open-minded person, but the instructor seemed keen on judging me before I even tried out the workout. She said, "This is an advanced class. Are you sure you can handle it?" The best workout for the body and soul! Studio is so clean and cute. Lots of curated goodies for sale. Regan is the best! You’ll leave feeling so much lighter and brighter

Solarium is the most unique format I've experienced! If I had to compare to other types of classes, I'd say it's a combination of pilates and dance - but creating something totally new. Because of this, it can be challenging to jump into your first class. You'll come to learn that the sequence is similar each class and the movement patterns will become more and more familiar, which really helps hook you into going to class and see how much more comfortable you feel each time!
