Hello, We understand your frustration. However, it is imperative that we provide care for our residents, even in the times of an emergency. When rides have been arranged to get our employees to and from work safely are offered we expect our staff to utilize them. We managed to get all of our other staff to our communities safely. Please understand that if every staff member called off during bad weather we would have no one taking care of our residents and this is unacceptable, Thank You, Traci Taylor President
