Rude, unprofessional, and insulted! Never been treated so disrespectful by the owner of a company. Even referred to her employees as vaginas. As a fellow business owner I have never treated a customer as rude I was treated tonight. Please avoid this spa!

My husband just called to reserve us spots for a couples massage. The lady on the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. Such a shitty start to our vacation. Here's some advice: Take that stick our of your ass, hop off your pedestal you are clearly on and provide good service!! There was nothing wrong with him asking for 2 females for the massage. The OWNER should be completely embarrassed by how she treated us.
