RecommendedI’ve been going to Solaris for years now. I’ve seen pretty much every masseuse there and have always had a great experience. Everyone is exceptionally nice and I love that I can get my massage customized to my needs at no extra charge!

My girl and I had a couples massage, and both of us had the same impression when we left: it was about 55 minutes of acupressure and 5 minutes of actual massage. Neither masseuse focused on the target areas we asked for, and we both felt exactly the same when we left as we did when we walked in. The atmosphere was old, run down, and dingy. Pretty disappointing across the board.

I am a business traveler and booked a massage for what was supposed to be a free night in Kansas City. However, the morning I was leaving for KC, I found out that I needed to drive 2.5 hours south when I arrived and would no longer be staying in KC. I notified Solaris as soon as I found out. I tried to work something out with Wendy, but all she could do was repeat their 24hr cancellation policy over and over.
