The hospice team from Solaris served my Dad for the last few weeks of his life in a nursing home setting. They were caring, compassionate, responsive and professional. They worked hard to get him the medications and all the support equipment he needed (special air mattress and bed, oxygen generator, even high protein shakes). They were there to help with everything at the end in the middle of the night. They have also continued to provide additional clergy follow-up for my Mom since his passing.
