Great people, substandard diet plans. Bldgs need repair.

If I could leave 0 stars I would absolutely NOT hesitate. I have had 3 family member admitted to long term care here and have been treated poorly by all staff I have interacted with and spoken to. Quick synopsis, I have been dealing with this facility on and off since my grandmother passed in 2014, long story short, they “lost” her false teeth and, additionally sent her back to the hospital for treatment shortly after she was admitted. Through a series of events, both of my parents wound up in temporary rehab at Solaris at the end of 2023. Though their stay there was not perfect, there were a few of the staff there that went above and beyond in making the situation very good. Specifically, Hannah in the front office outdid herself to assist getting Mom and Dad settled in; Virginia Bernard was a great advocate for my parents when it came to their "next steps" at the time of discharge; Katie in Speech Therapy was compassionate and engaging during her session... read more
