This hospice team went above and beyond for my resident. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to comfort were exceptional. They made an incredibly hard time easier by being present, supportive, and attentive to every detail. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed. What meant even more to me was how they continued to show up after his passing.. attending the memorial my facility held for him and even sending pizza the day he passed to make sure we were cared for too.
