I have been a loyal tenant residing at ***********'s apartment since 2014. When they 1st open and through out the years I've really hadn't had to many complaints, issues our concerns. Until 2020 when the Pandemic came things started very quickly going down. On Friday, August 16, 2024, my mother, *. ********, received the keys to Apartment #***. However, she did not move in. The following day, August 17, 2024, she expressed safety concerns and decided not to occupy the apartment. On Monday, August 19, 2024, I spoke with the apartment manager who had completed the move-in paperwork on August 16, 2024, and collected the final deposit and rent payment. The manager is very rude, she has yelled at me and several residents.I have gone to the office just to fix a problem with parking but she always tells me she is busy and not to bother her.When you go to the office she won't open the door and just puts up a do not disturb sign.She has made discriminatory and racist comments
