don't move here Much to say... living without air conditioning with a newborn paying the highest value for rent, we have had to put up with temperatures inside the apt up to 98 degrees, the administration does not seem to care, when we have been reporting the problem since the summer last summer and this summer they fined us for reporting that the air conditioning does not drop below 85 degrees inside the apartment, added to this we have had infestations of cockroaches, wasp nests, the Gym has not been in operation for more ... read more
Good value, safe, responsive, good neighborhood Walkable! Library, po, stores just a block away. Service requests are tended to! Pet friendly, clean. Feel safe.
Great office staff I just want to say that I appreciate the kind office staff here at Solare apartments. Any time I have an issue they take care of it immediately. I have lived in many different apartment complexes and appreciate quick service when I do have to call maintenance over repairs or issues . I will definitely be referring my friends and family to rent here

Raccoons, mold, and no AC. Oh my!!! It is hard to see the value of living here anymore. Just in the last 3 months we have had our car towed, mold, and a broken AC. Our car was towed without proper notice nor did they notify me that they had towed it when I asked about it. I thought it was stolen and they even called the cops for me instead of telling me that they had towed it for expired tags. It was $300 to get it back because the towing company charges per day if it’s not picked up and I had no way of knowing they had it. ... read more
These are without a doubt the WORST apts I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The office staff is blatantly rude and completely incompetent. When my daughter moved in Sept of 2021 her AC did not work, it was still in the 80's on some days. We told them it did not work, and she put in a work order on their ridiculous app. The very next day the work order had been closed, when we called to inquire, they proceeded to tell us “We are not doing AC’s this week” I explained this is not a regular maintenance this would ... read more
they have raccoons in the walls, absolutely disgusting place to live.
Moved out in July never got deposit back ,left spotless, very rude at the end when u move ,and there very cold apartment ,and they let whoever move in there,
