These guys are complete tools. From the sales staff to the tech support, nothing but incompetence. They designed and installed a 45000 dollar system on my house that trips my breakers every time the power goes out, leaving me without power. As a solution, they offered me a 25 dollar credit on my account and told me I would have to purchase another power wall battery for around 10000 dollars if I wanted my system to function as designed.
