Paid a deposit on July 23 install date in two weeks. Didn't happen rang they said sorry for the delay it won't be for 6 weeks, 6 weeks came and went rang again promised it would be installed in 3 weeks time, rang today oh sorry can't be until the end of November. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
I had upgraded solar and a battery installed in Coffs Harbour by SolarBright Port Macquarie. The service was great, Jordy was knowledgable and helpful, the price completely blew the local quotes out of the water (the local company was quiet rude when I question why they were 50% dearer for the same product). The installation team were also great, worked hard and did the install the way I wanted, even though it required a little extra effort. Anthony was great and very responsive to a request to quote. I've had two solar systems installed by SolarBright and a battery. Both were quick, good value for money and a minor configuration issue was rectified promptly without hassle.
Great service, all questions answered thoroughly and quickly. We went ahead with installing 2 solar roof vents. Now we have had some hot weather to test them and can report that it makes a big difference, especially on the second floor. Combined with ceiling fans and sea breeze, air con not needed. Very happy.
