Solarair was timely in getting our system installed in Nov 2025. However, our Powerall battery has been offline most of the time since then. We have reached out multiple times to Chris and he doesn't respond. It feels.like we are being ignored. The system also still hasn't passed inspection because of missing stickers. The county inspector has come multiple times but cant pass it because solarair is not doing their job. Solar air and energy were a very enthusiastic and positive company to work with. They answered all of our questions during the process and installment. David was a very friendly and helpful sales agent. Their tech Chris kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and gave us timelines. I’m giving them 4 stars because they became vague on questions later asked regarding offset. We also had an issue with one of their contractors which halted the process for several weeks.
They did what they said they were going to do and was on time. Dave wad very professional end put at ease though the whole process I will recommend him to my friends and family
