This is the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life and with my daughter being born handicapped we’ve been in a lot of hospitals!! The Nurses suck the food sucks and the hospital doctors suck too!! My daughter has been there going on 4 weeks, they sent her there because they had “THE BEST” wound care center around!!! Boy was that deceiving!! Her meds she’s supposed to get every 8 hours are always 2 hours late, she’s supposed to be Catherized every 4 hours and she not only has to beg them to come do it but she also has to beg f... read more
2nd floor care was excellent. Once they moved my parent to the 3rd floor the nurses were rude. It took over 45 minutes for a nurse to come assist. Every 10 minutes I would go back to the nurses station to remind them.

Location: Burnet Rd in Austin, TX My grandmother was transferred over from St. David’s in Jan 2018. I believe she had the best experience at Cornerstone! I was there everyday and most nights. Every nurse and doctor from start to finish was excellent! Laura(Nurse Practitioner) was AWESOME! She was there for us every step of the way, even emotionally. Case Manager, John was great also! This hospital truly does give each patient the care and compassion that is deserved. Mom has been in the ICU and also regular room. The nurses really care and i appreciate all their hard work.
This place is absolutely horrible! They spread VRE to their patients by not following any standards of care for cross contamination. They actually tell patients to crap in their beds instead of providing them bed pans. This place needs to be shut down!

This was the worst health facility I have ever seen. My Dad was completely neglected until he finally passed away unnecessarily in the Broken Arrow, OK facility. I so wish we had taken him anywhere else, I feel like we’d still have him today if we had.
