Been here going on 10 years. New management/owners again. Rent is the only thing you can count on, by that I mean whoever the new management/owner currently is the rent will be raised. Why is it that the USPS can not deliver packages?! We have new post boxes for delivery, but the keys have not been provided to the postal worker, again why?!
We were looking for a safe place for my daughter to live. Yuriko is the manager and is amazing. It's hard to find a safe place, that's kind, and helpful. Yuriko managed our entire process professionally with care and concern. She took Time out of her busy schedule to walk us through the process and I'm happy to report that my daughter has lived there for well over a month now. First, the booking system is smooth and convenient. You can see the available sites and the book directly from their website. And of course there is no 55 age restrictions and it’s friendly with families with kids. Second, the RV area is newly constructed nicely set up. You can do ANYTHING you want, The rules are just mere suggestions, your dogs can run free, park anything or anywhere you want and store all you want on your patio, left after 6 yrs, and pool worked for maybe 3 months, thousands went into it, but worked for a few weeks and then nothing, No back ground check required new people coming in and going all the time, no one ever looked into it.
