Management is at its worst! Terrible untrained, No knowledge. Nice place here, But, Office is always closed, No one answers the phone, Messages are full and been full.
I forgot the name of our maintenance guy, but I think we can all agree he does a fantastic job at keeping the community clean and tidy. Thank you so much for what you do 🙏🏻
Really unique place. I moved in about 3 years ago, in a bit of a hurry, as the home my mother and I were considering was the ONLY home available in the ONLY all-ages park with ANY availability in the entire valley, at the time (2 others we were going to look at elsewhere basically were on the market one single day it seemed!). 3.7 no way. Here we are again no water all night and again this morning how do you get ready for the day with no shower?Used my water in tub to wash up to go to bed last night, Water was just off 3 days ago. This is ridiculous . Up since 12 am waiting watching the people who walk around here at all hours of the night. Half I have to wonder if they live here.I don’t think so. Water is shut off nearly ever week. Rent is raised nearly every month. Pool is never clean.
