I’m very disappointed with the service. The water is frequently shut off without any notice, and no one ever answers the phone when you try to call.

I have been living at the park for almost a year come September. I arrived when all the upgrades had already taken place. I just wanted to say a little about the new manager Kirsten. She says we can call her (K).. anyway she's very knowledgeable about getting your guestions answered and any concerns you may have. She's friendly and very kind and personable when she interacts with other residents here as well as myself. Do not get items ordered to your home they will be stolen had picture light and deodorant ordered from Amazon it was delivered and someone helped there self. Hope you enjoy use them too. You see we have no mail boxes for packages. Post office and management say it’s each others responsibility. We have homeless and people on drugs walking up and down the street at all hours of night they use our pool and walk through the homes. Cars going through here day and night who do not live here.
