If I could give negative stars I would. The Handy man has targeted my house and family repeatedly. My car has been towed multiple times for parking in the street during the day even though 8 other cars in the park are parked exactly the same including his. When I called him to complain he threatened to make my time at the park miserable. The water is always being turned off on what seems like a weekly basis. One of their “employees” who’s not even employed with them has a personal vendetta against us and called a private towing company for my car even though 8 total cars around the complex were parked in the same spot i was. Horrible complex as well as front office staff
I attempted contact to cancel our reservation a week in advance and left a voicemail. I then sent a message through their website, then I sent an email when I received notification of the upcoming reservation and also called several more times. Staff never picked up the phone and the voicemail remains full after over 2 weeks. They charged me as if we were staying there and never contacted me after numerous attempts of contact. Extremely disappointed in the service and now we are out money because they never responded.
Management is at its worst! Terrible untrained, No knowledge. Nice place here, But, Office is always closed, No one answers the phone, Messages are full and been full.
I forgot the name of our maintenance guy, but I think we can all agree he does a fantastic job at keeping the community clean and tidy. Thank you so much for what you do 🙏🏻
