Solara Senior Apartments has major safety and management problems. There are no gates, fences, or security cameras, leading to frequent night-time vandalism including spray paint and slashed tires on parked cars. Management never inspects the property, ignores rampant smoking on the grounds, and allows dogs to take over the courtyards instead of keeping clean space for senior residents to walk and relax. I would not recommend this property until management takes tenant safety and living conditions seriously.

Alot of manipulation and bullying from the manager joy younghee the other day I was waiting for elevator to open and she told the female porter Rebecca lopez to check if it's me in the front of building Rebecca said no joy said to double check and look at pictures 1 thru 5. I saw a bunch of homeless on grass the manager rather create problems then fix them. Some of the residents leave dog droppings in doggy bag in front of door this is the type of behavior joy the manager allows

A second-floor resident, identifiable by the dark marks on both of his legs, frequently slams his door loudly and engages in disruptive behavior. During the day, he smokes outside the property to give the appearance of compliance; however, in the evenings, when no staff are present, he smokes freely inside his apartment, at the building entrance, and in the handicap parking area while working on and repairing his old car that seems to **be parked** permanently for his own convenience.
