Alot of manipulation and bullying from the manager joy younghee the other day I was waiting for elevator to open and she told the female porter Rebecca lopez to check if it's me in the front of building Rebecca said no joy said to double check and look at pictures 1 thru 5. I saw a bunch of homeless on grass the manager rather create problems then fix them. Some of the residents leave dog droppings in doggy bag in front of door this is the type of behavior joy the manager allows

A second-floor resident, identifiable by the dark marks on both of his legs, frequently slams his door loudly and engages in disruptive behavior. This lady sits in front of office for 4 to 5 hours a day for last couple of months while the office is open. Sometimes she's sings out loud by herself most of the time she just stares you down and laughs at you. This is the type of behavior that the main manager allows. That lady is a trouble maker iv had multiple seniors ask me why she sits on front of office all day and laughs at you.
