This lady sits in front of office for 4 to 5 hours a day for last couple of months while the office is open. Sometimes she's sings out loud by herself most of the time she just stares you down and laughs at you. This is the type of behavior that the main manager allows. That lady is a trouble maker iv had multiple seniors ask me why she sits on front of office all day and laughs at you. 11/13/2025 - 130 pm room 108 still dries fish then air fries food on there patio even if office is open. Room 108 start screaming yelling at 5 am yet the main manager who has been sitting in her office doing nothing for years still allows this behavior. Soon the owner will be sued for allowing these actions from manager who intentionally rewards bad behavior and harasses good people
09/26/2025 Alot of manipulation and poor management by manager that's sits on office all day on computer doing nothing pretending to be busy and her co workers like Ben do the same procrastinate and harras seniors. they need better managers that actually care and make a difference. Room 108 cooks on patio around different times like 1030 pm or 3 am the security guards do nothing. Room 108 will start screaming around 4 or 5 am & all the security does it's slam the metal does every 1 hrs disturbing the seniors he slams the metal doors staying at 9 pm till 4 am causing a disturbance all night while seniors are sleeping from 9 pm till 4 am
