Lindsay, our apartment manager, went above and beyond to address a complaint I had. I am impressed with her.
How incompetent are you people? I tried 3 times to call and pay my move out fee, to which you told me, on all 3 occasions that you would "call me when you had your system working", but guess what, you never did. Instead you never contacted me by phone or letter, just sent it to collections. Is there some reason that you can't follow up with your customers? Too difficult to pick up the phone and follow through with your promises?
