Initially we were relatively happy with our solar panels though we often had issues with SunnyPortal and our P.V. systems often not working. Initially service was prompt and I give that credit to Jason Levesque. Sadly, since April we have had poor service. Our panels were damaged due to a squirrel. The technician (from Solar X) removing it said the panels were installed poorly, and made it easier for animal nesting. Post removal we have had no follow-up with a solution.
