I reached out to Solarex as I was very interested in solar panels. I was contacted by a sales person named Malcolm Mboneko. After a conversation over the phone, he asked me to forward my power bill to him. It took a few tries to send him the bill as he kept telling me it was too blurry to read. It took nearly two years to complete my large, expensive project, which includes a 19kwh roof array and battery backup. Throughout the process, it was extremely difficult to reach the company, with numerous calls and emails going unanswered, and two different project managers assuming our project and then leaving the company with no handover. I wanted to take advantage of carbon tax money and get solar. Except no one I know had solar and could not get a personal reference. I took a chance on Solar-X. They were amazing to deal with. I know a lot about electricity and wiring and these guys did it right. No surprise charges or other BS. Did the job competently and cleanly. Highly recommend.
