I hadn't had this bad of an experience in a decade, total shyster, used car crooks, took five grand from an 18-year-old girl who makes $12 an hour and sold her a piece of s*** car. shameful

My very elderly parents have a sunroom in a retirement community that is unusable in the summer afternoons. I saw a FB post regarding Solar X and called. Howard was incredibly helpful ...he explained the process to me, and went to the retirement community to meet with the head of maintenance. The work day was smooth..they were on time and Howard was so patient with my parents. They moved the furniture and put everything back when finished. Solar X had recently posted a 35 year old classic Oldsmobile on Ebay motors with a astronomically high Buy it now price. Of course at this pricing I had questions.Talking with Brian from Solar X Auto sales he seemed UNABLE to properly answer my questions about the Hurst equippement on this car ?? While I have no recollection of speaking with this person specifically, I did field dozens of phone and email inquiries concerning this classic car that I had very intimate and detailed knowledge of considering that I'd know the car since it was brand new. While this person was busy making demands of us on a car that he had no intention of buying due to it's "astronomically high" price, someone else was busy buying the car for the afore mentioned price and then giving us great feedback on Ebay, reinforcing our 100% positive ... read more
I bought a red Mercedes SLK 230 from them about a year ago. They are great to do business with, honest no high pressure BS. Without question I would definitely buy from them again. They say what they do and do what they say. By the way, the car is a little jewel.
