Derek and his team are wonderful! We bought a home with solar and YEARS later, the inverter started to malfunction, they came out right away. Found that we needed a new inverter, they handled all of the warranty details and installed it. Now it works perfectly. Really appreciate their attention to detail, prompt service and putting their customer first when we were not the ones who initially purchased it. Great company!
My family and I have lived off-grid in Durango for over 10 years. We have an Outback solar system with a Kohler back-up generator. Derek (the owner), Marcy and their crew are incredible! We ran into a wall with our electric supplier and they were amazing advocates for our needs and the good of our solar community. They are professional and show up on time when they say they will be there. Solar Works was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Great customer service and they got it installed everything very quickly and even came out personally once we got internet to make sure we understood how it all works. Marcy is awesome and all the workers were great. Highly recommend.
