They explained the products that would be used for my pool solar panels and how they would be installed. Had a sample to show. Installers were very efficient and each new his part of the job. Raised my temperature 5 degrees the same day.
I recently needed to call for service as my system seemed not to be working. A technician came as scheduled and it was determined that the transformer had been hit by lightning. it was replaced the same day and then the technician went over the directions for operating it to make sure I understood.
